MAFIA: CHICAGO – ANOTHER BODY

Chicago Police detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a laneway in Chicago’s south-east early this morning.

downloadPolice and paramedics were called to a laneway behind “Lesly Paper” Art & Craft Supply shop on E Hyde Park Blvd, where the woman’s body was discovered by a baker on his way to work just after 4am.

The woman was dead when paramedics arrived at the scene. The laneway is located near suspected mafia run nightclubs and businesses.

The death is being treated as a homicide with detectives together with forensics specialists remain at the scene. Police believe the woman may have been killed elsewhere and dumped in the laneway.

The woman has been described by police as Caucasian in appearance with light, shoulder length hair.

Local paper shop owner Annie Clamshell, was shocked to find the police in attendance as she arrived for work at the business.

“I was shocked when I arrived at work this morning with all of the police and paramedics” she told reporters. “My boss isn’t going to like it if I can’t open the store”.

Eliot Ness later advised the press that the body of the woman had been identified by Chicago Police as Ms Chase, an undercover police officer posing as a local hotelier. Mr Ness added that she was a dedicated officer who worked tirelessly under the guise of a hotelier attempting to infiltrate illegal mafia activities.

“She has suffered severe facial injuries, and perished from several close range gunshot wounds to the torso” he added.

“Itโ€™s a real possibility that she was beaten and killed elsewhere before being brought to this location so weโ€™re appealing to the public and any witnesses in this area to call Chicago Police with any information on any automobiles that might have been heard,” he said.

“Weโ€™d also appeal to anyone who has been out walking and has seen anything suspicious.” Mr Ness added.

This recent slaying has taken the death toll to 5 suspected mafia hits in the space of a week. Chicago police officers are on edge as one of their own perishes at the hands of cold blooded killers.

MAFIA: CHICAGO – DAY 5 PUBLIC MEETING

Days after the cult status was bestowed upon Sergeant Jewls for filling in the gaps of the Allan murder in Butler Field, the Chicago Police Department had been overrun with citizens wanting to fight the good fight and enter the police recruiting process.

kYLEISmafiaHowever, the joy of finally making a breakthrough in the case has been overshadowed.

several citizens, also claiming to be undercover Police Officers working independently of Eliot Ness’ untouchable force, have come forward to city hall with accusations of mafia association.

Local hotelier Ms Chase presented to City Hall officials this morning with information pertaining to the guilt of business owner Mr Kyle, accusing him of playing a role in the underground mafia family. Within minutes of learning this, Mr Kyle then made his way to the steps outside City Hall and held a press conference counter accusing Ms Chase of being involved with the underbelly as the only possibility as he pleaded his case.

The pandemonium that ensued left onlookers bemused and amazed as their supporters came into the argument.

In the end the gallows were given the evening off, the crowd broken up by Chicago Police and sent to an early curfew as it threatened to spill into a violent contest.

Mr Ness made some notes in his notebook for the days proceedings and observations.

Vocal advocate for the cleansing of Chicago, Ms Tara stood up again and made her thoughts known. The known villager who has led the crusade against the mafia risked it all to put her thoughts on the line as the argument for and against flopped back and forth between the two warring parties.

Local woman Bronte was still quite timid in letting her thoughts known on proceedings as they unfolded outside City Hall, meanwhile former business owner of Mr Kyle, sided with him but somehow gained unexpected criticism from the peanut gallery, questioning why Ms Chase is trying to out a man with a limp as an underworld figure.

Sergeant Jewls of the Chicago Police Department entered the argument late after a lengthy drive investigating a cartel in nearby Kensington. Upon her return, she made this statement to the media, ”
I donโ€™t want to lose an innocent percent so am going to vote for a tie, this will allow me time to investigate properly”, promptly erring on the side of caution, thus ensuring that the mantra of “innocence until proven guilty” is fulfilled by the much loved police officer.

A deciding vote in the court of public opinion was that of Ms Gemma, who has been convalescing on a “whiskey & rest” recovery plan.

MAFIA: CHICAGO – BODY FOUND

A local man was walking his two dogs by the foreshore near Promontory Point, on the banks of Lake Michigan late last night, when he noticed a man dipping his feet in the ‘muddy’ shallows.

dirty-feetThe same man, returned with his dogs in the misty morning and noticed a pair of pants folded on the same spot the man was cleaning himself.

Upon inspection by the gentleman it was apparent that the body of a person was laying partly submerged in the bog below, with very dirty feet.

A bloodstained jacket was also found nearby by local constabulary when the crime was reported. In the pockets were a bus ticket, a business card from a local transport company and flyer from a Market & Greenhouses business in Hobart, Indiana.

When questioned by the Chicago Tribune Mr Ness stated that “we are currently investigating several leads, and wouldn’t rule anything out. “

When pushed for more information from the gathering press Mr Ness said ” The body of a local locksmith Mr Oscar was positively identified this morning in the shallows of Lake Michigan. He was a local man with no association to the underworld.
I have nothing to add at this stage, but that we will be consulting with eyewitnesses and local residents in the area in the next 24 hours.”

Newly promoted Sergeant Jewls of Chicago Police was not present at the press conference, after a visit from the doctor.

MAFIA: CHICAGO – MAFIA EXPOSED

After overnight raids on several properties across South Chicago, Eliot Ness and his team of Untouchables made a breakthrough in the murder of local, Mr Allan.

Storming a property on High Street, Police Constable Jewls identified
Paul “The Waiter” Ricca, suspected mafia associate.

Constable Jewls noted that the murder weapon found in the South Rose Gardens of Grant Park, alluding to Mr Riccas other known alias Mr Grant, confirmed her suspicions of the identity of the killer.

paulthewaiterUpon discovery, Mr Ricca, made a run for it down the street and into a local hotel where he took hostages.

Police quickly surrounded the building attempting to negotiate with the man.

Witnesses say the man was erratic and accusing the city of being set up by a corrupt police force. He was shouting and screaming and threatened the hotelier.

After several minutes Chicago police stormed the building, where the accused man took his own life.

Eliot Ness praised the detective work of the junior constable and promptly promoted her to Sergeant to the applause of the public and media gallery.

Enquiries to the police recruiting branch have escalated since the breakthrough this morning and several reports of citizens pretending to be police officers have been confirmed.

Will this put the now, sergeant under mob scrutiny or is the net drawing in on the mob?

MAFIA: CHICAGO – MOB MENTALITY

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF A MOB MENTALITY

17-Figure4-1After the recent slayings at the hand of suspected mobsters, the citizens of Chicago are turning on themselves at a rapid rate with accusations of underground involvement and witness accounts being muddied by misinformation and fear.

Visiting New York psychologists, Dr Ariel Talon and Dr Allen MacLeish discussed the new observations surrounding “herd mentality” penned by European social psychologists, which asks the question whether people act the way they do because of their personality or because of their situation.

“European psychologists have found that in certain situations people act differently and become part of the ‘mob or herd mentality” Dr MacLeish reported. “When mobs form they create a powerful influential factor that influences peers to adopt certain behaviors, follow trends or desire the same things. The desire to join in on this group, or be recognized by the group is an example of conformity.”

“Have you ever been at a performance or silent movie, where you have felt obliged to applaud the performance even though you didn’t think the performance was that good? Without thinking or considering otherwise, we join in on the groups clapping and applause.”

article-2325294-19CEE5C9000005DC-433_634x442“Having conformed to the group, it will be an extreme struggle to do anything aside from what the group desires”, Doctor Talon added.

The group as a whole thinks that what they are a part of has reasonable or acceptable actions, however the underlying social structure says otherwise. Examples of this can be seen during the Salem witch trials in the mid 1600’s which saw over 200 people accused to be witches.

Doctor’s MacLeish and Talon believe that the mob mentality which has gripped the citizens of the city can become a positive ‘groupthink’. All it takes is for one person of considerable influence to sway the thoughts of the majority. An example of this is when recently and automobile accident happened in the downtown area where the driver was pinned beneath is overturned automobile.

After several minutes, one onlooker emerged from the crowd and tried to lift the machine from the unconscious man. By himself he could not lift it, but that one act of standing up and taking action, caused more and more people to assist resulting in the automobile being lifted off the injured driver and saving his life.

WHO WILL BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO STAND UP AND SAVE A LIFE?

MAFIA: CHICAGO – DAY 3 LYNCH MOB

A local Chicago woman who was lynched after being falsely accused of having links to wanted mafia hit man, Jacob “Greasy Thumb” Guzik, was killed for keeping secrets and not openly expressing her suspicions, witnesses say.

Ms Nicole, who was put to death by an angry mob last night, had been arguing with several vocal citizens who questioned her links to the underground and whether her silence and inability to point the finger at others painted her character in darkness.

In the course of the argument she was accused of having connections to Mr Guzik, who is wanted in relation to the death of Ms Brianna of Chicago whose body was found floating in Chicago Harbor last week.

Chicago Prohibition Agent Mr Eliot Ness, in conjunction with Chicago police department held a press conference earlier this afternoon.

katz-deli“Ms Nicole was not on our watch list of suspected associates with the crime syndicate, nor the wanted man Joseph Guzik. Whilst having a striking resemblance to one of the known associates of the mobsters, she was but a mere innocent villager again caught up in the fear and panic of a city under siege by organised crime. ” Mr Ness announced.

Meanwhile Elly, Ms Nicole’s psychic, was receiving subconscious messages to accuse Tara of wrongdoing, which she rapidly pointed the finger.

Tara stood up as a vocal critic of the way the villagers were not sharing information and pleaded for the local police force to share their knowledge and expose those who frequent the speakeasy’s and illegal breweries.

Local woman Bronte was shocked again at being accused of having connections with the underworld, but somehow evaded questioning and attention was diverted elsewhere.

Local driver Brendan, was suspiciously quiet about a “family vacation” to ‘Silent Movie World’, while Messers Michael, Mr Kyle and Mr Allan were late comers to the lynching and din’t have too much to add .

Ms Nicole was a local villager with no ties.

MAFIA: CHICAGO – DAY 2 PUBLIC MEETING

They shouted down the mayor and City Council members, then took over the Council meeting and gave impassioned testimony about how city officials had botched the response to the mafia activities that have the citizens of Chicago living in fear.

In the end, the angry residents who spoke at the Chicago City Council meeting last night got some measure of action as the finger pointing began. The Council also voted unanimously to take the first administrative steps to ensure that prohibition agent Eliot Ness be more transparent in his dealings with the underworld.

Last nightโ€™s meeting was the Councilโ€™s first since the lynching and subsequent public hanging of local man Mr Calvin and the discovery of the brutal murder of local socialite Ms Brianna.

โ€œIโ€™m outraged!โ€ said a local police constable, who wished to remain anonymous. โ€œI am afraid for my family and for our city. I fear for my own safety in my home at night with these thugs beating and murdering bootlegging competitors and those who speak up against them! I have every confidence in the Chicago Police department and City Hall, but with the lynching of another innocent citizen we need leadershipโ€

After a democratic vote the mob called for the public hanging of Ms Stephanie after local business woman Melissa accused the woman of having mob ties.

โ€œWe tried really hard to listen to the complaints of the citizens and give them some sort of comfort that we are doing all that we can,โ€ the Mayor said. “We don’t like what is happening after dark in this city and we have the best police department in the country working in conjunction with federal agents led by Eliot Ness to attack the cancer that threatens to erode the integrity of our fine city.

Mr Ness made some notes in his notebook for the days proceedings and observations.

Tara stood up as a vocal organizer of demonstrations at the public meeting, but was then quiet during the final votes to expose somebody. Local woman Bronte was shocked at being accused of having connections with the underworld, but somehow evaded questioning.

Local book shop owner Grant seemed to squirm when new citizen Elly questioned his involvement, whilst local hotelier Catherine spent more time napping than preparing guests rooms. Local driver Brendan, was questioned momentarily about his recent trip to ‘Silent Movie World’.

Mr Michael spoke up late in the meeting with accusations of previous business partner Kyle .

The mobs accusations against Stephanie resulted in her demise as she was hung from the neck until she was DEAD. She was a local villager with no ties. Another innocent victim in a city under siege by in-fighting, finger pointing and dirty money.
