Mayor Eliot Ness declared the MAFIA had won, the citizens of New York were depleted and defeated.

Within six years however, all of our MAFIA was dead.

In January 1983 Paul Castellano had put out a hit on Roy “The Boy” DeMeo and was murdered in January. DeMeo had committed over 100 murders.

On December 2, 1985, Dellacroce died of cancer, aged 71, at Mary Immaculate Hospital (now closed) in Queens. He was buried in Saint John’s Cemetery, Queens.

Thomas Bilotti, the mafia bodyguard was assassinated, before his boss, Paul Castellano was also slain in the back seat of the Black Cadillac by another Gambino Crime family member John Gotti.

NEW YORK CITY – 29th MAY 1979 – 10.00AM

Overnight, the streets of New York City were quiet as the curfew took hold and fear ensured the mob controlled the streets. A lone Doctor made a night call to a single dwelling to aid the citizen, who was fearful for their life.

In Queens, a black Cadillac with darkened windows was seen driving past the residence of socialite crime novelist Britin, slowing down as it passed before weaving its way through back alley’s to the residence of another citizen. Local book shop owner Jewls was tucked in her bed reading, oblivious to the slow moving car on the street outside.

It stopped momentarily, but no one got out of the car, the red brake lights of the large saloon vehicle lit the wet street like blood. Inside two men sat in silence, scanning the street for signs of life.

After a moment the window of the drivers side slid down, revealing the Gambino crime family underboss Aniello “The Tall Guy” Dellacroce, his long gaunt face lit by a nearby streetlight.

A cigarette butt landed on the wet street before the brake lights faded and the car sailed along the wet avenues of Flushing and to another citizens residence.

A knock on the door at the apartment behind the “Ratchet Ethic” architect firm was heard before three gunshots rang out in the wet city air. The bloodied torso of Tim the Architect from Dayton Ohio, fell forward into the gutter of the sidewalk, his body convulsing in pain before it laid silent and still.

The tall man stood with a smoking gun beneath the yellow street light, before smiling at his associate sitting in the passenger side of the Cadillac.

“I think its gonna be a good day in NYC tomorrow!” he said

NEW YORK CITY – 28th MAY 1979 – 10.00PM

The day started with the resignation of the Rookie Cop at the center of the public limelight after coming forward as a mafia whistle blower last week. Constable Catherine had served the city and had come to the decision to step down from the NYPD and move to the country with her family and invest time into her marriage.

Mayor Eliot Ness then deputized another member of the citizens group and gave them the opportunity to get fresh intel and work on the suspects Constable Catherine had already gathered.

Later, the public forum descended into meltdown today after the Task Force on organised crime in New York City came to a cross roads. A line in the sand by two contenders as the city was drawn into an all out confrontation over the identity of New York’s Chief of Police

Emotions ran high as Allan stepped forward pleading for calm as he presented his intelligence he allegedly gained from investigations into the Gambino crime family and other citizens.

Moments later, another citizen presented from the public gallery accusing Allan of being an imposter and presented her own argument to the public gallery. Accusations were thrown left right and center as both parties debated over the legitimacy of their records and other intelligence gained from former colleagues.

Meanwhile the Doctor was taking notes, as is the newly deputized rookie cop!

Finally at the end of the day, their were no retractions, votes were locked away and counted. Allan was sent to the Stewart Correctional Facility on Long Island and faced the electric chair.

His finals words were “Tell my wife I love her”, before electricity passed through his body until he was DEAD.

Mayor Eliot Ness was on hand to wish the Chief of Police farewell as he made his way into the light. “Another NYPD police officer taken by the mob!”. NYPD officers stood silent for 2 whole minutes in honour of their fallen Commander.

NEW YORK CITY – 28th MAY 1979 – 9.00am

The public forum became a bloodbath today as accusations were thrown around left right and center. Being compared to a Taiwanese government cabinet meeting, chairs and coffee cups almost became airborne as vocal New Yorker Tara was backed into a corner. Her activities after dark were in question with Tim and Michael leading the charge. The Chief of Police was present, in civilian clothes blending in with the masses trying to put his case to the confusion.

However, a late change of heart from Tim, and a few calculations from Nick was not enough to change the outcome of the McDonalds Night Manager being sent to the chair on suspicion of mafia ties.

Another innocent New Yorker rides the lightning and the people of the city are wondering if the mob knew of the vigilante, or did the vigilante uncover any truths?

MOB KILLING CLAIMS 4TH VICTIM

The body of a local stock broker was found inside the remains of a burnt out Lincoln in a car park near the financial district and Wall street.

New York Police and detectives from the homicide squad were sifting through the ashes looking for clues to the explosion which engulfed the car at approximately 3.54am.

New York City’s chief of Police said this morning, “it is sad news to hear of the car bomb that rattled the city in the early hours. The people and members of NYPD will not rest until this scourge is stopped. I have been making some inquiries overnight and can say that the equilibrium will swing in the innocents way soon!”

When asked about his presence in the public meeting yesterday all he had to say was “The last few minutes of exchange during the meeting said a lot” he said. When asked for further clarification he told the media “I don’t wanna let the cat outta the bag, but the rest of the Task force plan you can watch unfold, in the next day or so”. 

The police began the hunt for the bomber immediately believing it to be a gangland hit. 

The stock broker, Michael Annells was an innocent New Yorker and will be missed by his family friends and colleagues.

The citizens met in the public forum to discuss the task force against organized crime yesterday with Tara’s allegiance still being questioned by Tim and others. Catherine, the local woman who claimed to be a member of the NYPD was quiet for the majority of the day, with one member of the gallery suggesting she may in fact just be a drunk who is a little erratic.

Aiden was quiet all day which rang alarm bells for the citizens group, as was Matthew and Gemma. There was a late flurry of votes as the day came to an end, with one citizen missing the voting cut off resulting in Gemma being sent to her death at the Eric M. Taylor Correctional Facility on Rikers Island.

OFFICER’S SLAYING IN QUEENS IS DESCRIBED AS ‘EXECUTION’

An off-duty police officer who was shot to death early in the morning was slain as he lay wounded and helpless after putting out his bin at his home in Queens, New York City’s chief of Police said yesterday

The police began a hunt for the gunman they believe is responsible for his death and for the killing of a local accountant last night, ”There are similarities in the crimes,” Robert J. McGuire, the city’s chief of police, said.

The slain officer, Joseph Pistone, was shot in the right shoulder when he drew his gun as he was confronted by a gunman at the front of his home. As the gunmen started to leave the scene, he turned then bent over and fired another shot into the fallen officer’s left temple.

”It was an execution,” said Chief McGuire, ‘The officer was no longer a threat to the man. He was given a death sentence for being a police officer.” 

The undercover police officer, alias Matthew Ch’ng, had been undercover for several weeks, infiltrating the crime family.

Lolita Rane, a neighbor of the slain NYPD officer was shocked and saddened by his death in cold blood, “These mobsters are amorphous blobs of matter that don’t speak on behalf of New York, we need vigilence and solidarity!” she said.

NEW YORK CITY – 26th MAY 1979 – 9.00am

The Mayor of New York has pleaded for calm and level heads as the death toll rises in the War on organized crime. Overnight two innocents lost their lives; one in the chair at Arthur Kill Correctional Facility on Staten Island and another on the corner of Gold Street and Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn.

After deliberations and accusations in City Hall today, the masses sent local New Yorker Calvin, to the chair in what some would describe as a “shocking” outcome for today’s proceedings.

Mr Calvin, who plays bass guitar in a local punk band called “POV” also known as People of Victory, was an innocent New Yorker who loved playing in his band and loved New York, said local music promoter Arlin Hilbert. “He just loved plucking that bass and wowing all the chicks in the clubs, he was a real legend of the New York bar scene” My Hilbert said. 

Several hours later local accountant Kyle was found dead in a Brooklyn street after leaving a local restaurant.

Witnesses say he was dragged from his car and brutally assaulted by a man before being shot at point blank range. The man was described as in his late 50’s, tall with a slight build.

NEW YORK CITY – 25th MAY 1979 – 9.00am

The people have spoken as the city wide Taskforce, headed by Police Chief Robert J. McGuire, claims its first victim. After a meeting at City Hall today it was apparent that citizens are hungry for blood as they voted in favor for New York resident Dacles Sid, to face the chair overnight.

The Mayor, Eliot Ness (a suspected time traveller from the early 1900’s) spoke to reporters prior to the opening of City Hall this morning, stating that the nominated person Mr Dacles Sid (also known as Sid Dacles) was an artist and law abiding New Yorker wrongfully caught up in accusations and put to his untimely death.

“It is unfortunate that this man lost his life, however, we will leave no rock unturned in the fight against organized crime in our city” he said, “I ask every proud New Yorker.. if you know something or see something, I implore you to speak up and say something!”.

Meanwhile in lower Manhattan three body of local banker Melissa was found slain in an alleyway near Wall Street, witnesses describing the gunning down of the woman as “shocking”.

“This brown Pontiac drove through the alley and pulled up when this guy got out and shot three times at the lady”, the witness told reporters. “She didn’t stand a chance”.

It has been revealed that the woman, Melissa, was an innocent New Yorker with no known ties to the mob.
